Originally from Madrid, Spain, Ale is a director and creative director currently based in Berlin. Disillusioned by the more stereotypical career path in classic film, she decided to focus on highly aesthetic artistic and commercial projects. Teaming up with high end design studios such as Zeitguised Berlin and Kemmler Kemmler, an avantgarde boutique creative agency, she built and led their in-house film department. This allowed her to streamline and holistically gain insight and skills across essential creative tasks – from concept development to art direction, directing, (post-)production and project management.

Ales guiding principle is to create films that – beyond simply looking visually pleasing – tell stories that resonate with the audience and convey a sense of meaningful connection.
